File name, is crucial, i mean names of the pages and images should be keyword riched.
A logo of your company named as logo.gif is not a good method to get website traffic from Google images or
other sites. But if this image is named with your main keyword , like if i have a logo of this blog, i will
name it like website-traffic-tactics.gif. And you know well, it will get more free traffic from google images than a simple image name like logo.gif.

Let me give you my personal experience with this traffic tactic. I have a website called SELF HELP BOOKS. And i get much more visitors from Google Images, using this traffic tactic
i.e. Include the main keyword in the image name, like i have named the images there like self-help-book.gif and so on…

So take action today, and replace all trivia words in your images names like, logo,back,main,…. with your main keywords of the sites.
